Danish government allocates millions for energy renovation of rental properties

MoneyTogether with a number of opposing parties, the Government, has agreed to extend the ‘HomeJob’ scheme in a greener version, so it supports the green transition, increased sustainability and climate efforts. And as something new, the ‘HomeJob’ scheme is extended to include private rental housing, so that both tenants and owners can benefit from scheme for energy-saving initiatives and initiatives concerning climate adaptation – this will already take place in 2015.

The pool can be applied to for the renovation and adaptation of private rental properties with at least 12 residential tenancies.
